Myra F. Dillingham is the founder of and principal consultant for Arym Consulting. Myra
has more than twenty-five years of corporate skills training, platform delivery, and
consulting experience. Her extensive background includes, but is not limited to the
following organizational development areas: strategic planning, diversity, leadership
development, organizational change, performance systems assessment, and
empowerment.
Myra served for six years as an internal district consultant at a the Federal Reserve
Bank of Kansas City that included offices in Kansas City, Denver, Oklahoma City and
Omaha. In this capacity she provided essential skills training and consulting services
for more than 1800 employees and provided support and direction for strategic
initiatives.
As former senior associate of LGC & Associates, a management consulting firm
specializing in diversity, for six and a half years; Myra designed and facilitated client
tailored training components, conducted cultural audits and facilitated focus groups and
interviews. As senior associate, Myra played a pivotal role in the delivery of training,
nationally and internationally, for more than 25,000 participants and in providing
consulting services for more than forty clients. Her international experiences include
presentations in Cambridge, England, Okinawa, Japan and Brussels, Belgium.
Myra has been certified as a facilitator in the following areas: Workplace Diversity by the
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Development Dimensions
International (DDI), Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Certification with Franklin
Covey Company, Situational Leadership with Ken Blanchard Companies, and Who
MOved My Cheese, Change and Win Solutions.
