Suzetta has developed and delivered Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Team
Building Career Search Skills, Preventing Sexual Awareness in the Workplace and
Diversity Awareness training to clients including the National Collegiate Athletic
Association (NCAA), Swope Parkway Health Center, The Kauffman Foundation, The
City of Kansas City and The Environmental Protection Agency
Suzetta leads an organization which demonstrates her strengths --helping people and
organizations succeed through training, consulting and managing both people and
events utilizing her imagination, perseverance, and ability to listen and communicate
effectively.
She convened the first Best Practices Corporate Roundtable for INROADS/Inc. in
Chicago, Illinois and provides career development training to the Kansas City INROADS
affiliate. Past President of the Kansas City Chapter of the American Society of Training
