- The Principal and Associates have some of the best qualifications in the
business of developing and facilitating workshops and seminars. We are
experienced, high achieving professionals… but we don’t stop there.
We know that your participants are coming to the institute to learn , but
that does not mean it can’t be fun. We provide lively, energetic and exciting
materials and facilitation that grabs participants’ attention. The development
and delivery of all materials will be completed by the Principal and Managing
Associates. As consultants we will service your account by:
1. Providing all materials in accordance with the client’s time line;
2. Responding to all request for changes in content and schedule;
3. Providing pre/post session follow-up;
4. Maintaining continuous contact with client;
5. Establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with
client’s staff s to ensure up-to-date continuity of information
delivered;
6. Collaborating with individuals in the industry to obtain best practices;
7. Conducting business ethically, with a commitment to professionalism,
excellence, and the integration of quality values and principles into
our daily work activities;
8. Creating a participatory and knowledge-seeking environment in the
training facility (i.e., posters, reference materials), and
9. Utilizing current delivery technology.
